These terms cover the use of uptowndrive.com and any proposal page we send you. They are not your performance contract. If you book us, a separate written agreement governs the event itself, and where the two disagree, the performance contract wins.

1. What this website is
This site exists so you can see what we do and ask us about your event. It is marketing material and an inquiry form. Nothing on it is a binding offer.

2. Quotes and proposals
If you send us an inquiry, we may send you a personalized proposal page with pricing for your specific date.

A proposal is an estimate, not a reservation.

Prices shown are based on the date, location and lineup discussed. Change any of those and the price changes.
A date is not held until a signed contract and deposit are in place. We may book another event on your date at any time before then. This is not a sales tactic, it is simply how a calendar works with one band.
Travel is quoted separately from the performance fee and is not discounted.
Proposals are prepared for one client. The link is personal to you. You are welcome to forward it to a partner, planner or family, and we would rather you did, but please do not publish it.

Booking is completed by signed contract and deposit, handled by email with a person. You cannot book, pay, or sign anything through this website, and we will never ask you to enter card or bank details into a web page we sent you. If you ever receive something claiming otherwise in our name, it is not from us. Call (512) 705-6541 and ask.

3. Accuracy and availability
We keep this site current, but details change. Song lists, lineups, pricing, personnel and availability may all change without notice, and we do not promise the site is free of errors or always reachable. Nothing here is a guarantee that a particular musician will perform at your event, except where your performance contract says so.

We do promise one thing plainly, because it is the core of what we sell: we perform with our established original lineup, and the band in our videos is the band that arrives. If a member ever cannot perform for reasons outside our control, we will tell you rather than quietly substituting.

4. Our content
The photographs, video, audio recordings, written copy, logos and design on this site and on our proposal pages belong to Greg Williams Entertainment, LLC or to the photographers and videographers we work with.

You may share and link to it. You may not sell it, use it to advertise another business, or present it as your own work.

5. What you send us
When you submit an inquiry or write to us through a proposal page, please send accurate information about your event, and do not send anything unlawful, abusive, or belonging to someone else. What we do with what you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Links to other places
Our site and proposals link to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and a scheduling tool. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for what happens on them.

7. Limits
The website and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the extent the law allows, Greg Williams Entertainment, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This section is about the website only. Our responsibilities for an event we are contracted to perform are set out in the performance contract, and nothing here reduces them.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes arising from the website belong in the state or federal courts of Travis County, Texas.

9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated terms apply.
