Once dinner wraps in the ballroom, the show starts. Our vocalists perform choreographed dance sets, change costumes through the night and take the show out onto the floor with your guests.
Expect call-and-response, sax solos and dance floor medleys built for a big Dallas crowd, with DJ music between sets so the floor stays full from the first set to the last song.

Dallas is about three hours from Austin. Travel is part of every quote, so there are no surprise line items, and the band is loaded in, soundchecked and dressed before your guests walk in, whether you are downtown at The Room on Main or out at The Hillside Estate in Denton.
Private clubs, hotels and estates
Downtown ballrooms, private clubs like The Fort Worth Club and estate venues in Grapevine and Denton each have their own load-in rules, sound limits and hard stops. Our engineer keeps the mix inside them and the timeline ahead of them.
Spring and fall book first
Most Dallas couples book 8 to 14 months out, and spring and fall Saturdays go first. For outdoor receptions we plan power, stage space and a North Texas weather call with your venue well ahead of the day.
