Pick your grand entrance song or a mashup of two. We arrange it for the band, cue every couple on the beat and Greg emcees the introductions, so the wedding party arrives right on time for a wine country timeline. Live father-daughter dance and special dances with custom arrangements
The father-daughter dance, the mother-son dance, your first dance and the anniversary dance all hit differently when they are played live.
Wine country receptions often wrap by 10PM, so we place your first dance, parent dances and any surprise medley where they fit the evening. Send us your cut and we write a custom arrangement, so every tempo change, pause and big finish lands where you rehearsed it.

A choreographed reception show with costume changes and a packed dance floor
Once dinner wraps at the estate, the show starts. Our vocalists perform choreographed dance sets, change costumes through the night and bring the party out onto the floor with your guests.
Expect call-and-response, sax solos and dance floor medleys packed into the hours your venue allows, with DJ music between sets so the energy never dips before the curfew.
Every cue is rehearsed, from the lighting changes to the last-song frenzy built around the two of you, and timed to finish inside your venue’s sound window

Napa Valley weddings bring guests from all over for a long weekend of resorts, estates and wine country terraces. We fly the band in from Austin with our own sound, lighting and engineer, and Greg works your timeline with your planner and venue weeks ahead. It is the same live wedding band couples book across Texas and at destination weddings.
Flights built into your quote
We fly in from Austin, usually into Sonoma County, Oakland or San Francisco, each about an hour to an hour and a half from the valley. Travel is part of every quote, and the band is loaded in, soundchecked and dressed before your guests arrive.
Winery sound rules and curfews
Napa County permits often limit amplified music at wineries, and many wine country events wrap by 10PM. We confirm what your venue allows early, and our engineer keeps the mix and the timeline inside those rules.
Harvest season books first
Late summer and fall overlap with harvest, the valley’s busiest season, so weekends go early. Most couples book 8 to 14 months out, as soon as the venue and date are set, so we can hold the date and plan the weekend with your planner.
