The same band at every Colorado wedding
Uptown Drive is not a roster of whoever is free that night. The musicians who fly in for your Colorado wedding are the ones on this page, led by Greg from the grand entrance to the last song.

Custom live sax EDM grand entrances for the bride, groom and wedding party
Your reception entrance should feel like a headline act. We build a custom live grand entrance for every couple, from the wedding party introductions to the moment you walk in as newlyweds.
Pick your grand entrance song or a mashup of two. We arrange it for the band, cue every couple on the beat and Greg emcees the introductions, so every name lands in a Denver ballroom or a mountain lodge. Want the DJ to drop the track and live sax to take it from there? That one is a guest favorite.
From a ballroom at The Brown Palace to a mountaintop lodge in Beaver Creek, it is the moment that sets the dance floor energy for the rest of the night

Live father-daughter dance and special dances with custom arrangements
The father-daughter dance, the mother-son dance, your first dance and the anniversary dance all hit differently when they are played live.
Mountain weekends move on resort time, so we work with your planner on where each special dance falls between dinner service and the dance floor. Send us your cut and we write a custom arrangement, so every tempo change, pause and big finish lands where you rehearsed it.
List your special dance songs on your planning worksheet and we will learn the ones that mean the most to your family

A choreographed reception show with costume changes and a packed dance floor
When dinner wraps and the mountain air cools, the show starts. Our vocalists perform choreographed dance sets, change costumes through the night and take the show out onto the floor with your guests.
Expect call-and-response, sax solos and dance floor medleys for a guest list that traveled in for the weekend, with DJ music between sets so the party never stops.
Every detail is rehearsed, from the lighting cues and resort load-in to the last-song frenzy built around the two of you

Denver & the mountains
Planning a Colorado wedding with a live band
Colorado weddings run from historic Denver ballrooms to ski-town resorts in Aspen, Vail and Beaver Creek. We fly the band in from Austin, bring our own sound, lighting and engineer, and Greg plans load-in, staging and resort rules with your planner well ahead of the weekend. It is the same live wedding band couples book across Texas and at destination weddings.
Flights built into your quote
We fly in from Austin for every Colorado wedding. Travel is part of your quote, so there are no surprise line items, and the band arrives in time to load in, soundcheck and be dressed before your guests walk in.
Mountain weather and altitude
Mountain afternoons change quickly. For any outdoor or tented reception we plan stage cover, power and a weather call with your venue, and we build extra time into load-in at resorts with long service routes.
Summer and early fall go first
Summer and early fall weekends in the mountains book first. Most couples reach out 8 to 14 months ahead, as soon as the resort and date are set, so we can hold the date and start the timeline with your planner.
